At Rays International Pre-school, we strive to provide the best possible educational experience for your child. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for refund requests. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling your child in our programs.
1 - Refund Eligibility
a) Withdrawal Before the Orientation. If you decide to withdraw your child's enrollment before the Orientation of classes, you are eligible for a refund of 90% of Tution fees ,excluding the non-refundable application fee and Registration Fees.
b) Withdrawal After Commencement of Classes: There will be no refund of the tuition fees in case you decide to withdraw your child from Rays International Pre-school after the commencement of classes.
2 - Refund Request Process
a) Application for Refund: To initiate the refund process, parents or guardians must submit a written request for withdrawal to the school's administrative office. The request should include the student's full name, class, reason for withdrawal and the date of withdrawal..
b) It will be at the discretion of the management to consider the request of the refund.
c) If the management considers the application for refund, it will be processed within 60 working days.
d) Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If, for any reason, that is not possible, we will coordinate with parents orguardians to arrange an alternative refund method.
3 - Refund Amount Calculation
The refund amount will be calculated based on the following:
a) Application/Registration Fee: The application or registration fee is non-refundable.
b) Other Fees: Fees for services already rendered or costs incurred on behalf of the student, such as uniforms or learning materials, are non-refundable.
4 - Mode of Refund
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same method used for the original payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
5 - Changes to Refund Policy
Rays International Pre-school reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes made to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
6 - Non-Refundable Items
a) Application Fee: The application fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the admission process
b) Other Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as registration fees, activity fees, Miscellaneous fees, are non-refundable once they have been paid.
7 - Exceptional Circumstances
a) Medical Reasons: In the case of withdrawal due to medical reasons, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the submission of supporting medical documentation.
b) School Closure: In the unlikely event that Rays International Pre-school has to close unexpectedly, we will refund any prepaid tuition fees for the remaining period of the academic year.
